In order to start most orders, San Diego Audio Video needs to following information from you:

1. Signed Quote
2. Your Master
3. Your Graphics & Images
4. Your 50% Deposit or Full Prepayment

If you can’t drop your materials off at our San Diego facility we recommend using UPS, FedEx, or any courier that lets you track your shipment. You should always keep a backup of any master or artwork you submit, in case your materials are lost or damaged. San Diego Audio Video is not responsible for masters or original art.
