Pricing Error Policy
Acceptance of order Policy
All products sold by San Diego Audio Video, Inc. offer limited manufacturer warranty, except special order items. All products may be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date for a refund or exchange. All returns will be evaluated and tested by our technical team.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange, simply notify us by phone, fax, or email, and we will immediately issue a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#). San Diego Audio Video, Inc. will not accept returns without an RMA#. Please also note that a 15% restocking fee may apply.
If the product(s) you are returning are not received in our warehouse within 30 days, a credit memo will not be issued and your invoice must be paid in full.
If any part of the order is defective, you may return or exchange that portion only. If you simply do not like the quality of the product, you may also return it to us (note that a restocking fee may apply).
Actual freight charges paid by San Diego Audio Video, Inc. will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error. Freight charges are a fee that is paid to the shipping company, not to San Diego Audio Video, Inc., therefore all freight fees are non-refundable. San Diego Audio Video, Inc. will not accept C.O.D. or Freight Collect returns.
For a return you must meet the following terms:
- Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original order invoice.
- The product(s) must be returned in new, resealable condition.
- You must pay any return freight expense.
- Display the RMA# on sent packages.

We use UPS and other common carriers. We reserve the right to ship by alternative carriers. UPS and other common carries will not ship to P.O. boxes. The stated numbers of “Shipping Days” are regular business days (Monday to Friday) only, shipments do not move over weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays. Orders for "in-stock" items placed by 2:00 PM (PST, Mon. - Fri.) will usually ship on the same business day. Before backordered items are shipped, a representative will call for release authorization. Backordered items are shipped at prices in effect when the item was ordered or current selling price, whichever is lower. Backorder shipments will be subject to normal shipping and handling policies. Orders placed over the weekend or during holidays will not be shipped until the following business day. (Normal office hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am to 5:00pm PT). After you place your order, you should receive an acknowledgment via e-mail within one business day; this confirms we are processing your order. All freight charges are subject to dimension/oversize carrier weight regulations. Shipping fees are non-refundable.Customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments. Refused shipments will incur a 20% restock fee. Pricing Error Policy
All shipping, billing and pricing errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt of shipment. If we receive an order with an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, SDAV INC. shall have the right to cancel any orders placed for items listed. SDAV INC. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, SDAV INC. shall immediately issue a credit to the credit card used in the order for the amount charged.

Acceptance of Order Policy
Your receipt of an order confirmation from SDAV INC does not signify our acceptance of your order. SDAV INC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order confirmation to accept or decline your order for any reason. If a product you ordered is backordered, SDAV INC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order confirmation, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Certain orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our billing department. We may require additional verifications or information before processing and shipping any orders.

We accept all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with SDAV INC. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number, the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. If the Shipping address is different than the Billing address, please contact your credit card issuer to add the shipping address as your credit card alternate address. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
Sorry, we only accept credit card payment for on-line shoppers unless prior arrangement is made with our accounting department. SDAV INC reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or phone.

We only accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express through our Shopping-cart SSL secure-server.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.
Payment on all orders are to be pre-paid prior to shipping.
Notifying SDAV INC of Errors and Unauthorized Transactions. To notify us if you believe there has been an error or unauthorized transaction, telephone our Customer Service at (858) 541-0500, or email us email@example.com as soon as you can. We must hear from you within 30 days after the problem or error has appeared on your on-line statement, or you may lose liability protection.
If you initially provide information to us via the telephone, we may require that you send your complaint or question in writing within 10 business days. Please complete the affidavit form as directed by the SDAV INC customer service representative and mail it to SDAV INC, Attn: Customer Service Department, 4909 Ruffner Street, San Diego Ca. 92111.
We will advise you of the results of our investigation within 10 business days after we hear from you and if we have made an error, we will correct it promptly. If we need more time, however, we may take up to 90 days to investigate your complaint or question.
Retrieval Requests. Upon written request, copies of documentary evidence of transactions on your account are available for income tax and other purposes at a cost of $10.00 USD per item. As long as the computer you use to access your account is connected to a functioning printer, you can always print out your transaction history, or the details of a specific transaction, without any additional charge. We will not charge you for documentation obtained in connection with a good faith assertion of error in connection with your account.

We will collect only the Personal Information you voluntarily provide to us or we’ll have your permission to share your Personal Information. We do not share or sell your telephone number or credit card information for use by other companies. Except as otherwise stated in this Policy, at present SDAV INC does not disclose its customers' Personally Identifiable Information to other merchants.

SDAV INC. has implemented a variety of encryption and security technologies and procedures to protect information stored in our computer systems from unauthorized access. The information collected by SDAV INC is used only for the limited purposes of processing orders, keeping you informed about your order status, for statistical purposes, for improving our site and its performance, to serve ads, and to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you. We will disclose your Personally Identifiable Information to third parties to charge your credit card, fill your order, deliver your order, and provide customer service. Compliance with Service of Process or Law Enforcement
Occasionally SDAV INC may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide Personally Identifiable Information to the appropriate governmental authorities. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. SDAV INC fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities.
